The Illusion of Land

Criminal gangs rampaging around Nevada have reduced land "ownership" to nothing but the duty to pay taxes often devoid even of access rights let alone rational prospects for useful development. I chose this one example of the virtually universal absurdity because the county goobermint involved is so fraudulent and corrupt as to pretend to "no zoning restrictions" when in fact they have privatized draconian criminal controls on any constructive use of land in that county
