Each family has moments, Moments of happiness and emotion. Moments that show love and kindness. To each member of the family.
Some family moments are sad, Some show hate that never lasts. Then the truth shines and shows, Each family moment is special after all.
We've shared so many outing..all of them very fun.

A Chinese proverb states that all creations are reborn on New Year’s day. The Chinese New Year is a celebration of change ... out with the old and in with the new!
The celebration actually starts o on New Year's Eve with the reunion dinner.
* Get together with close family members (not including married daughters and their families) for the "reunion" dinner. * Pay respect to ancestors and household gods. Acknowledge the presence of ancestors because they are responsible for the fortunes of future generations. * Open every door and window in your home at midnight to let go of the old year. on New Year's Eve with the reunion dinner.

lol.. finally i've arrived at this supremely hard to reach place...
Built across the mouth of the Marina Channel, the Marina Barrage creates Singapore’s 15th reservoir, and the first in the h heart of the city. With a catchment area of 10,000 hectares, or one-sixth the size of Singapore, the Marina catchment is the island’s largest and most urbanised catchment. Together with two other new reservoirs, the Marina Reservoir will boost Singapore’s water catchment from half to two-third’s of the country’s land area.

Tropical Acconmmodation & Distinction Golf Couses
The Pulai Springs Resort, a world class resort with 5 star facilities, built reminiscent of an ancient royal Malay palace with high vaulting roofs, huge exposed timber structures, the king's roof trusses and marble floors in a batik pattern and embellished with the indigenous use of traditional motifs which have been immortalized in intricate wood cravings.
Pulai Springs Resort is a golfing haven with two 18-hole championship USGA Class Golf Courses; one designed by Robert Trent Jones II (names as the 'Pulai' Course) and the other by Peter Dalkeith Scott (named as 'Melana' Course). Both courses are courses of distinction and were designed to provide the ultimate challenge with memorable signature holes amidst the varied terrain, water elements and changes in elevation. Other gilf facilities available at the Resort includes the only 18-hole night-golfing facility in Johor and the driving range, which was the first automated computer tee-up system in Johor.
The Pulai Springs Resort, a tropical resort accommodation which offers total comfort and complete rest. The lodge-style boutique hotel, it has 23 well-appointed bedroom and bathroom suites, "The Anugraha" (which means 'The Blessings of God' in Sanskrit), continues the thread of artistry and provides luxurious tropical-style accommodation with breathtaking views of the magnificient Clubhouse and the finishing holes of the two championship 18-hole golf courses.

Flew in to Chiang mai with Lawrence on Sunday.... Drove straight up to Pai... 4 hours worth of uber windy roads, steep hills and FAB scenery...
Pai (Thai: ปาย) is a small town in northern Thail Thailand near the Myanmar border, north of Chiang Mai on the northern route to Mae Hong Son. It lies along the Pai River.
Pai was once a quiet market village primarily inhabited by Shan people, whose culture originated in Burma. As it lies at the foot of the mountains, it's a good base for trekking and visiting hill tribes like Karen, Hmong and Lisu. Well-known among backpackers for its relaxed atmosphere, the town is full of cheap guesthouses, souvenir shops and restaurants. In the proximity of the town are spas and elephant camps. Outside of town, there are several waterfalls and several natural and man-made hot springs. Another notable attraction is the town's excellent Wednesday Market which brings large and colorful crowds of local villagers and tribal people, from all around the Pai Valley.
Drove back to Chiang mai after a day in Pai for the rest of our vacation...
Chiang Mai (in Thai เชียงใหม่ (help·info)), also sometimes written as "Chiengmai", is the largest and most culturally significant city in northern Thailand, and is the capital of Chiang Mai Province. It is located at [show location on an interactive map] 18°47′20″N, 98°59′00″ECoordinates: [show location on an interactive map] 18°47′20″N, 98°59′00″E, some 700 km north of Bangkok, among some of the highest mountains in the country. The city stands on the Ping river, a major tributary of the Chao Phraya river.
In recent years, Chiang Mai has become an increasingly modern city, although it lacks the cosmopolitan gloss of Bangkok. It has many attractions for the thousands of foreign visitors who come each year. Chiang Mai's historic importance is derived from its important strategic location on an ancient trade route. Long before the modern influx of foreign visitors, the city served as an important centre for handcrafted goods, umbrellas, jewelry (particularly silver) and woodcarving. Luang Prabang, or Louangphrabang, is a city located in north central Laos, on the Mekong River about 425 km north of Vientiane, and the capital of Louangphrabang Province. The current population of the city is about 22,000.
The city was formerly the capital of a kingdom of the same name. Until the communist takeover in 1975, it was the royal capital and seat of government of the Kingdom of Laos. The city is also notable as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995.
Luang Prabang is the jewel of Indochina. The ancient royal city is surrounded by mountains at the junction of the Mekong and its tributary, the Khan river. In the centre of the city is Mount Phousi with stunning views of the surrounding temples and hills.
Luang Prabang is a city where time seems to stand still. As part of the UNESCO plan, new buildings have been limited and development must be in keeping with this magical place.
Luang Prabang is small, and just about everywhere can be reached by foot. Walking and travelling by bicycle is the best way to see this tiny city.
Stayed from 17th March 2007 to 22 March 2007. the city is about 22,000.

Angkor Wat (or Angkor Vat) is a temple at Angkor, Cambodia, built for King Suryavarman II in the early 12th century as his state temple and capital city.
The largest and best-preserved temple at the site, it is the only one to have remained since its foundation a significant religious centre — first Hindu, dedicated to Vishnu, then Buddhist. The temple is the epitome of the high classical style of Khmer architecture.
It has become a symbol of Cambodia, appearing on its national flag, and it is the country's prime attraction for visitors.
Angkor Wat combines two basic plans of Khmer temple architecture: the temple mountain and the later galleried temples. It is designed to represent Mount Meru, home of the gods in Hindu mythology: within a moat and an outer wall 3.6 km (2.2 miles) long are three rectangular galleries, each raised above the next.
At the centre of the temple stands a quincunx of towers. Unlike most Angkorian temples, Angkor Wat is oriented to the west; scholars are divided as to the significance of this.
The temple is admired for the grandeur and harmony of the architecture, its extensive bas-reliefs and for the numerous devatas adorning its walls. the site, it is the only one to have remained since its foundation a significant religious centre — first Hindu, dedicated to Vishnu, then Buddhist. Our second trip to Phuket....
Stayed at The 3rd Street Cafe... The 3rd Street Café is located in the Kata Night Bazaar. They are ideally located just steps away from shopping, dining, nighttime entertainment, and only 200 meters from Kata Beach and 600 meters from Karon Beach.
After a busy day you will appreciate their world class guest rooms and café. Each luxury room was custom designed by decorators to cater to your comfort.
You will also appreciate their modern conveniences. There is no other place that combines their style, comfort, and friendly staff on Phuket.... entertainment, and only 200 meters from Kata Beach and 600 meters from Karon Beach.

Phuket (Thai: ภูเก็ต; formerly known as Tha-Laang or Talang) is one of the southern provinces (changwat) of Thailand. Neighbouring provinces are (from north clockwise) Phang Nga and Krabi, but as Phuk but as Phuket is an island there are no land boundaries. The island is served by Phuket International Airport, located in the north of the island. The ph of "Phuket" is an aspirated "p", so the name is pronounced (roughly) "Poock-get". The name Phuket is apparently derived from the word bukit in Malay which means mountain or hill, as this is what the island appears like from a distance.
Before that its old name was Ta-lang, derived from the old Malay "Telong" which means "Cape". The northern district of the province, which was the location of the old capital, still uses this name.
One of the most popular tourist areas on Phuket is Patong Beach on the central western coast, perhaps owing to the easy access to its wide and long beach. Most of Phuket's nightlife and its cheap shopping is located in Patong, and the area has become increasingly developed. Patong means "the forest filled with banana leaves" in Thai.
Other popular beaches are located south of Patong. In a counterclockwise direction these include Karon Beach, Kata Beach, Kata Noi Beach, and around the southern tip of the island, Nai Harn Beach and Bang Tao Beach. These areas are generally much less developed than Patong, and sought out by individuals, families and other groups with a preference for more relaxed and less crowded environs than Patong.
There are several coral islands to the south of Phuket, the Similan Islands lie to the north west, and Phi Phi Islands to the south east. All the islands are suitable for diving. but as Phuket is an island there are no land boundaries. The island is served by Phuket International Airport, located in the north of the island. Less developed than Bali, Lombok has better beaches, a bigger volcano and more varied landscapes. Tourism is still low key, and many visitors are independent travellers drawn by the island's intoxicating diving and snorkelling, hiking and surf spots, as well as Lombok's intriguing endemic culture...

Open Concept
The Singapore Zoo is a model of the `open zoo' concept.
The animals are kept in spacious, landscaped enclosures, separated from the visitors by dry or wet moats. The moats are concealed with vegetation or dropped below the line of vision.
In the case of dangerous animals such as leopards and jaguars which can climb very well, moat barriers are not used.
Instead, these animals are housed in beautifully landscaped glass-fronted enclosures.
Oppressive cages which typify old zoos, are absent.
The end result is a feeling of openness. concealed with vegetation or dropped below the line of vision.

A short weekend getaway. Just 2D1N, we stayed at Mayang Sari Beach Resort.
With a name that alludes to the fragrance and essence of natural beauty, the quiet and rustic charms of the Mayang Sari Beach Resort takes your breath away. The ambience is delightfully soothing and laid back, with the resort set against a calm and picturesque bay of crystal clear waters and silky sand beach.
Beachfront or garden chalet living combines the pleasures of simple luxuries with the comforts of modern amenities. A tranquil haven for people like us seeking refuge from the city.
