The Inferno is a race with 5 segments. Up to 30 teams (each person does a segment) or individuals can do it all by themself. The segments are run, kayak, bike, hike, ski. We were at the end of the hike into Tuckermans Ravine on the eastern side of Mt Washington, NH and where the skiers started climbing to the ridge to ski down the Left Gully.
