After only 12 hours in Panama City, we head north to the carribean side to Bocas del Toras. We had no idea just how intense and unrelenting the rain would be!

We left the rainy world of Bocas to head back to the Pacific in the little, sleepy, surfer town of Santa Catalina. We used that as our launch pad to head to Isle de Coiba for 2 days of scuba diving, as well.

Back in Panama City, we rushed to see the Panama Canal, some sights, and explore the Gamboa rain forest.

After an early day in the rain forest, we take the quick flight from Panama City to Rio Sidra airport in the San Blas. Turquoise oceans, white sand, palm trees, and hammocks.

We fly back to Panama City, hang out for a night, get up early to gamble (we doubled our money. Ok, Dana doubled her money.), and then returned to San Francisco. Our connection was actually though Newark, NJ, where we were greated with the remnants of a large snowstorm. Talk about diversity!
