OMG...It came so fast!!! I've been caring for my hair for a whole year =-). I gotta say...my hair is much more healthier now than it was this time last year. And I'm So glad I had my fotki friends to help!!Now, THIS year I'm trying to gain more thickness and length. Wish me luck!!

MY BIRTHDAY MONTH!!!! WOOP! 6/14 BABY! OMG! I cant believe the school year is over! I'm freakin 17......17!!!! PLUS, I'm a senior now....damn yo. Where's my childhood goin?? LOL. This is my LAST summer of adolescence..LOL[I hope I spelled it right...]

I've been buyin new products like HELL! I brought like 5 new products in the past 3 DAYS! LOL. I'm such a junkie...
..I wanna try to keep my hair in protective styles and to not comb or brush it as much except for when I need to.

*8-1*So....I tried to lighten my hair wit the cinnamon and conditioner...[it didnt work...LOL]
I might have to do more treatments of it if I wanna see results.

*8-10*I'm currently rockin a twistout...I dont plan on washin my hair anytime soon...LOL [or at least until this thursday or friday] I cant believe how fast this summer went by....it's SOOO not fair!!

Updates may begin to come in a lil slower cause....*sighs*...I'm back in school. =-(

I havent really been doing anything with my hair lately. I've been pretty busy. I've managed to throw in some braidouts and curly fros [cause those are the easiest to obtain] but...that's about it.

Trust and believe, I WILL be puttin my hair into hiding after senior pictures [which will be later on this month] cause I will NOT feel like doin my hair every morning when it starts to get cold[er]..LOL. I'm thinkin of just putting my hair in cornrows and gettin a cap....that'd be a good protective style, right? and after a few weeks when my head starts to itch [which it will] I'll just rock a braidout until I wash it and get it cornrowed again. Yup. Sounds like a plan to me =-)

I'm so happy that he won. This was truly a
historical election, from the time he decided to
represent the Democratic party in the running for
America's next president....to the actual election day when America showed the biggest turn out for election day in over a decade. I've always
been proud to be black....but now I'm even MORE proud because America actually showed the

This year went by too fast if you ask me...anyway, my hair is growin like bananas! LOL. I can't wait to go back to Trinidad in February for Carnival!!! I'm not doin much wit my hair except for braidouts and curly fros...LOL. They're the easiest to do and they're low maintenence.
