Christmas Toy Drive 2008

Another successful toy drive and a great time had by all. Thanks to everyone who pitched in from manning the door to selling of 50/50 tickets (Congratulations John S. on your win) , closing off the silent auction, to our group of elves who came out yesterday to bag the toys and delivery of same to Cerebral Palsy Association Alberta where 80 needy families will benefit from your generosity. We collected 216 toys which is awesome. Also a big thank you to Pam and her team at Friars Pub for taking care of us on Saturday nite – also thank you to Friars for hiring the pH Unbalanced band as that helps us out in a huge way. Also – Santa Pete – thanks for making an appearance and doing your thing.
