Please note that this a CONE and SULFATE free zone! I am freeing my hair from those ingredients because I have found that my hair reacts poorly to them.

Trader Joe's Nourish Spa Conditioner

This is an AMAZING conditioner. Definitely give it a try if you have a Trader Joe's in your area. It is perfect for co-washes because it contains no cones, is lightweight, and does an amazing job detangling the hair. I can also use it after shampooing or clarifying, and it still leaves my hair soft, refreshed, and tangle free. Oh, and it only costs $2.49.
Buy it!!


I co-wash approximately 3 times a week with this conditioner.

    I love this conditioner. It replaced my Giovanni Silk conditioner. I hear they are made by the same company and have noticed that they are practically the same even down to the smell.

    Oh really? I didn't know that. I've never used Giovanni hair products, but I think I've seen them in health food stores.

    I have great news my brother has a Trader Joe's near his home. He is going to get me some of this conditioner. I can't wait to try it. Your hair is so beautiful I trust your opinion on this conditioner.
