Walking along Eastbourne's shore - Jan 1, 2006
-
On a beautiful but very windy day we walked along Eastbourne's shore and I photographed everything that I thought was worth taking a picture of. A few of the cropped gull photos are a bit blurry but still good enough to share. - Album was created 7 years 5 months ago and modified 7 months ago

Petone foreshore 10.01.2006 - Jan 10, 2006
-
We were going to catch some fish at Eastbourne but it had turned so cold and windy that we decided to see what's at Petone foreshore. It was interesting to say the least. - Album was created 7 years 5 months ago and modified 11 months ago

Racker round - Jan 11, 2006

I power walk or take Racker for a walk around the Hutt river. It is about 6/7 kilometres and every day is different. Not seldom do I arrive home from the "Racker round" with about 90 photos in my camera. - Album was created 7 years 5 months ago and modified 5 years 9 months ago

Dancing lights of Wellington - Jan 17, 2006
-
It was too windy for doing anything else but watching the Cook Strait waves playing. As they were coming in, the wind tried to blow them back which stopped the waves from actually crashing onto the rocks. It was fascinating to watch - like children playing catch. Then the sun went down and of course, I had to click and click and click again and again and again. It was dusk when we made our way home and I took some fun photos. Enjoy. - Album was created 7 years 5 months ago and modified 2 years 2 months ago

Mt. Holdsworth week end 21.01.06 - 22.01.06 - Jan 21, 2006
-
The classic Holdsworth-Kaitoke tramp follows the Waiohine and Tauherenikau Rivers for 36 km between Holdsworth and Kaitoke. The maximum altitude gained is 740 m on the Gentle Annie Track. Huts and shelter en route allow the choice of a two or three day journey. Tracks are marked and turnoffs are signposted. Underfoot conditions vary from dry well-formed tracks to mud and river boulders. Moderate experience and fitness is necessary. - Album was created 7 years 5 months ago and modified 5 years 9 months ago
