While other states may differ, in Texas a sheriff is elected on a county-wide basis while a constable is elected on a precinct basis. A precinct would be a small portion of a county.

Feels like I am in Mexico looking at that truck. Was there two weeks ago and they mostly use the Dodge Ram P/U. Saw this HPD truck today, looks real sharp with the lights on behind you, LOL ;)
