This is the repaint of the original (white) model. It was entered in Scale Auto's 10th Annual Custom Clinic Photo Contest, but it didn't make it into the magazine (I discovered a year later it got an Honorable Mention), so I repainted it figuring that was the reason. It looks better in Gunmetal and Ford Laser Red Pearl anyway. Deletions from the white version include the rocker panel trim and quarter panel decals. I still haven't put the PE trim back on this one, since the decals from the original kit were available. Try digging photo-etched scripts out of a tub of Castrol Super Clean and you'll understand why I went with the decals.
