Hi, Ihave 9 of the faceless dolls and have redecorated my dining room to match them. I was told that there are some that are 4-5-6 feet tall where can I purchase them and where can I get more of the average sized ones. Would someone please email me some details. Honest people only I have been jipped in the past. triciaeasley@msn.com I am desperate to get my hands on more faceless dolls
My name is Gustavo and I am an active duty officer in the US Army. I am in just getting stated in the business of saling art from the Dominican Republic and Korea. I am expecting a shipment of dolls soon and have beautifull paintings from the Dominican Republic as well. I am building my website and should be completed at the end of this month. I will research the History about the faceless dolls. Take care

I just purchased two gifina dolls from tiffany at gifina.com. The dolls that she has are beautiful. She is extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. I suggest you go to her website, get her email address or phone number and contact her if you want to purchase original fine quality gifina dolls.
I actually collect them as well. My husband is dominican and for the last 6 years, everytime I go there, I buy two new ones. I have been there 9 times. I love these.
I would like to buy some of these dominican faceless dolls. From what I have heard, the story is that the dominicans are so diverse; blacks, whites and indians that this is were the idea of a faceless woman 'doll' came from. I am very interested in buying a few here in the states. Please let me know!
I just spent a week in the dominican and purchased some faceless dolls. The story I heard was the original dominican people were all killed and because there are no true dominican people they have dolls with no faces because no one knows what a true dominican looks like. where can i find the story??????
For those looking at these items, we carry two types of faceless dolls from the Dominican Republic.
