NAVAL STATION NEWPORT, R.I. (Feb. 24, 2012) More than 70 petty officers and chief petty officers work on navigation charts during the current 2012 Seaman-to-Admiral and Naval Science Institute (STA-21/NSI) class at Officer Training Command. The Sailors are going through the eight-week course of intense officer preparation and indoctrination.
