Floc/Sed basin. This is final tank, there are 3 smaller tanks in front of this one (background) where polymers are injected to cause flocculation of organic materials. In the distant part of this tank, at the bottom are large cones where material gathers and extrudes to drying beds. Those beds are in the distance to the left.
