| | | - Moe's Growth Challenge
- I replied to a "growth enhancer" post on NP back in February and posted some pics of the temple area hairloss I discovered back in January. The unbelieveably nice, wonderfully sweet and absolutely precious GenMoeCide offered her homemade recipe for a hair growth oil. She had started a thread back in April of 2007 titled "so you say your hair wont grow" where people reported esults ranging from half an inch a week to three inches a month. WOW!!! Although Im about a year late to join in on this challenge, better late than never I say. Im going to track my progress in this album. | | | - Texture & Length Shots
- I dont really know what my texture is as far as the 4a/4b thing goes and my length is less than ideal. Hopefully, this album will help me to finally determine my hair "type" and prove to me that there my hair really is growing (even thought it doesnt "look" like it).

- At a recent NP gathering, a fellow nappy-head suggested that I keep a daily journal of what I used on my hair and the results I get from them. That way, I could narrow down my search for the ever elusive "holy grail" products.

- When I was a "permie", the only products I used with any frequency were the ones my stylist decided to put in my head. Now that I'm natural, I cant seem stay out of the haircare aisles and have become compulsive about reading ingredient lists. I dont think Im what is considered a "junkie", but you never know.
