Jace is almost 6 months, Ella is 4 and 1/2, and Alex is almost 2 years old.

We stayed with Ben's mom in Birmingham, but also went out to the country to see Boris' family. Jace was quite the little trooper!

2nd House we looked at. Inspection turned up structural damage in the foundation. We brought out an architect and GC and found out the house was built with only 4" foundation instead of the legal 12" for 2 story. End of day cost to repair $70,000+. We walked away :)

Be careful when fixing rocking toilets... you may get more than you paid for...

1st House we looked at on Moak. EIFS (Stucco) System was leaking after weeks of wonderful rain and needed total replacement. Previous termite damage and potential for more hidden. Roof and AC were old. Offered to take it for $15,000 in cash @ closing to do repairs. They refused and came back later tryin to do it. It was too late we went off to Walada (and found the problems) and were looking at House #3.
