Wow, I see this has turned out to be somewhat of a contraversal image. I'm not going to lie, my first and honest reaction was to smile. I could see how others might have different first reactions to it, but I suppose a good photograph is meant to bring different emotions from different views.
Who are we to judge anyone? We all have our problems and issues to deal with. - - - - Obesity seems to be a fairly common issue. I simply illustrate it here, the rest is up to the viewer.

This is a very powerful photograph. A very real commentary on what so many men and women struggle with in this country. Good shot. It made me think about something. Very well done. Challenging.
to me this is a very sad picture which speaks volumes about the problems caused by the clash of profit and the human tendency toward the desire for self-gratification... - - I think it's a symbiotic relationship in this case:)
