We spent the day out at Ft. Lee. Richard was in charge of shooting off cannons at noon and at five o'clock. He was suppose to shoot off cannons during the 1812 Overture, but it started raining about six o'clock and the Army band left so there went that! They also canceled the fireworks so it was a bummer!
