The kit parts have a more accurate appearance - in terms of section size and thickness - that those of other kits that were introduced with similar frame designs around this time (I am thinking here specifically of the AMT digger-style chassis found in the Nitro-Charger, Novacaine, Funny Hugger II, and '70/'71 Torino-bodies funny car kits, but this comment could also apply to the Monogram Prudhomme/McEwen Hot Wheels funny car kits).
