12. Here the transaxle has been added to the chassis, along with the supports that tie into the chassis just below the roll cage, and the supports that help locate the wheelie bars. Everything fit together perfectly - almost snapping into place. At this point in other funny car kits (such as the many of the original MPC kits, the mid-1970's AMT chassis that fit under the Mustang II Trojan Horse body and many other generic AMT offerings, and most certainly the Polar Lights funny cars), you'd be fighting to make everything fit together. Not so this time.
