- Welcome to my hair journey. I started taking serious care of my hair in 2006 with relaxed hair. I went natural for the first time in 2007 and stayed natural for 1 year when I decided to lightly texturize my hair. I decided to go natural again once and for all and my last texturizer process was December 28, 2008. I am transitioning with no plans on doing a big chop. I will get back to natural by regular maintenance trimming only.
I would like to thank all of you ladies for your advice, supportive comments and keeping it positive. You are all class acts.

- Yes I am a GRITS (Girl raisied in the South). Home decorating, cooking, and gardening are things that I love to do. I am a true do-it-yourself kind of person. I always say to myself after I finish a project "I should of taken pictures" so I decided to start documenting my work
