We were privileged to have Fadaar own us from the time he was 10 years old until his death on July 22 of 1997. A truly great stallion who possessed all the attributes of the Arabian, he gave all of himself, unconditionally, and was my best friend. Fadaar is sorely missed, but he left us with his wonderful children. There'll be no heaven without him. Thank you so very much for posting these photos of the Arabian foundation horses in America who gave us so much. They're not to be forgotten.
Which Farasha is this? There is a 1951 Farasha (Sid Abouhom x Yosreia) There is a 1958 Farasha (Rafflind x Draffhani) and There is a 1979 Farasha (Farag2 x Silver Saket) If anyone knows which one this horse is, it would be much appreciated.

My parents used to manage Nodoroma farms. They were involved in the moving of Flaigor from Illionois to Florida when Nodoroma farms purchased him. It's wonderful to see a picture of him as he was before my time. My parents say he was a gorgeous horse, he was Blue List. You are very lucky to own one of his offspring. My parents also saw him compete at some of the big Arab shows, as I am told he did very well. He was a brilliant mover. We have an early picture of him taken when he was about 4 years of age, he was a heart stopper. He looks older in this picture, but like you say Becky it was most likely taken at Nodoroma farms. They should have stretched his neck out though, it would have shown how long and thin it was.
Amazing what I have found. The ancestors to a beautiful filly I purchased at an auction 12years ago.Her sire is *Cadence ,mare is Fourwinds Shandar. She looks alot like her daddy!
Last summer I had to put my 3/4 arab/best friend RIF-SEN down due to a losing battle with founder. I got her on my 13th birthday (who said 13 was bad luck?) and was blessed to have her for 22 years. I still have her 20 year old daughter MY REASON whom I love dearly (we compete in endurance riding). RIF-SEN was a wonderful, smart and beautiful horse. Her great grandfather is the beautiful Fadjur!
I own a Folltan grandson named Affirmativ. He is a Black Bay, 20 year old Stallion, sired by Andreanov out of the Folltan Daughter Cedaridge Folaura. He has over 100 foals and was Most Classic at Scottsdale. If others have any Folltan offspring I would be interested in hearing from you.
F-Sharp is a good looking horse. I use to have the pleasure of owning him some years in California. I bought him from Joe and Valerie Hanzel (Zelza Blue Arabians). He had many halter wins from Whittier Lions Show, Top Ten (3rd) 3 year old Cal Bred Futurity to Top Ten in Scottsdale. He has multiple lines to Ferzon. How's he producing? I've been out of the horses 12 years, but I oftern wonder how's he doing?

Sorry, I dont speak english, this comment is for a French Speaking:
Un magnifique etalon, avec des origines qui expliquent tout, cheval avec beaucoup d'expression, beaucoup d'arcade. Un poitrail large et une tres belle encolure ÈquilibrÈ qui pourrais faire de lui un spotif accompli. le type de cheval arabe que l'on aimerait voir plus souvent.
hello. i was blessed to have two of fakher el din's great-grandbabies. their grandmother was fakhera, their sire was fakharies. tragically, we lost our girl in september. she was fine one evening, but she died the next afternoon. the vet diagnosed twisted bowel due to a simple roll. we still have her full brother. i am so glad to have been able to have these two babies. would love to see more photos of fakher el din.
