To the delight of a surprised crowd, Sen. Edward Kennedy, D-Mass., and his fiancee, Washington attorney Victoria Reggie, took front-row seats at the main stage Saturday night to hear The Chieftans, after meeting back stage with the band and the Rev. Bartley McFadden, president of Stonehill College.
