i am somewhat of a vegetarian yet i eat fish once to twice a week so i am at the point where i am trying new things. this maybe a silly question but how do you fry tofu? did you use extra firm tofu? ________________________
you can fry tofu by slicing extra firm tofu and frying it in shallow olive oil until the outside is gold and crispy. or you can get some fried up at your local chinese restaurant [if you don't mind meat essences from the oil]. or you can buy it pre-fried and frozen in a chinatown grocery store.
