steep hill to Lover's Leap before returning back to the Tom and Huck Statue at the base of Cardiff Hill on Historic Main Street Hannibal. The album starts with Mervin Sharkey, long time Hannibal Jr.High/Middle School math teacher and counselor during one of his many June training runs for the Cannibal. Pics begin in the start-finish line area before the start of the Cannibal, followed by the mass start, the staggered finish and various pics along Historic Main Street. The Cannibal has become a major road race for the area bringing in class runners as well as runners of all levels.
