the first week after starting to demolish part of the bridge in an attempt make the bridge useable by perhaps Fall of 2008, assuming the northern approach issues can be mediated between the railroad and village. Total final out of pocket cost and 'overpay' to the taxpayers for the project?? Who knows!!
