How I started -The Beginning-
The beginning was the hardest part. Once you get through it, trust me..there's no going back.
I was a BIG soda drinker. I always had soda, bread, and meat. I couldn't stand veggies. Well at least that's what I thought. I would be at work and print something and didn't wanna get up and get it. So lazy!! lol. I reached my ultimate weight and that was 205lbs! I had to do something about it. I finally made up my mind.
1). For breakfast I started eating oatmeal. All different flavors. I have to get up in the morning at 5am to be at work at 6am. I would get to work at 6am and have 2 cups of water between 6-7am. Around 7:15am I will eat my oatmeal.
2). Between 9:30-10:00am I will eat some sort of fruit. Usually a banana. Then follow with a cup of water
3). Around 11:30am/12:00pm I will eat my lunch which was usually some sort of salad. No croutons. Followed by fruit and with a cup of water of course.
4). Around 3pm I will eat a snack. Maybe a Kellogs snack bar, fruit or yoplait yogurt.
5). 6pm I would eat dinner. Which would be some sort of grilled chicken, or fish, or even beef tips. Basically some sort of meat. With a veggie. A cup of water. Followed by some fruit.
6). Around 8pm I would drink another 2 cups of water. My bedtime is pretty earlier. I lay it down around 9/9:30pm
This was my rountine for the first month. Again, it took about 2 weeks for my body to adjust to eating this way.
The first TWO WEEKS I changed what I ate. The next two weeks I walked around my apartment complex 3 times a week for about 45minutes.
