Here are pics of my newly installed sisterlocks. My hair was around 8-10 inches and all natural. I have been natural for over 2 years and have loved every minute of the experience. I had intentions of eventually locking my hair and I am glad the right time presented itself. I started the process September 28, 2007 and continued on the Oct. 1, 2,5, and 9. The procedure was longer than any person with any wits about them could stand (5 days cuz our schedules conflicted and most of my consultant's weekends were full..ughh!!) plus I have a lot of super thick long hair. Im glad I met my trainee cuz without her, the price for locking my hair would have been waaayyy over the top, esp. being a broke college student! ;P
