- Preservation project. There will be about 250 slides when finished. Visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stereoscopy for more information about this wonderful old photographic process.
Turn of the century stereographs taken in the Yakima, WA area. As they are starting to show their age, I'm scanning them in order to preserve them. And it is always good to have two backup copies. After the scans are complete, the plan is to make restorations using Photoshop.
All photos in this collection were taken by Yakima photographer Frank Lanterman. Collection owned by Bob and Grace Fortier (relatives of the photographer).

Springtime in Tucson is great as the cacti are in bloom. This year we spent 10 days at The Azure Gate in Tucson. As always, it was beautiful. As for owners Dennis and Christine Widman, it just doesn't get any better than that. Dennis/Christine - thank you again for your friendship and, of course, those 5 star breakfasts!!
