Mark Chesnutt - Festival Country Chihuahua

Mark Chesnutt and his band traveled way down south to Chihuahua, Mexico to perform at the Festival Country Chihuahua in front of 15,000 fans. This concert kicked off a week long celebration leading up to the PBR in Chihuahua.
