Idaho had been a "pass-through-and-only-stop-for-necessities-on-my-way-to-somewhere-else" state. I was always in a hurry to get to Montana and places east or Utah and places south that I never really considered Idaho as a place to visit in itself. That all changed when I traveled specifically to southern Idaho to see what it had to offer. I was impressed with this sometimes wild and sometimes agricultural countryside. It now has its rightful respect in my mind as a destination in itself to visit. I have always enjoyed visiting and photographing capitol buildings and their grounds. This turned out to be one of the most beautiful ones that I have seen. I took many more pictures than I had intended and at one point had to return to my car for more memory. I encourage you to visit and stay in the Boise area to take advantage of its many amenities. All photos in this album were taken with a Sony Mavica 85 (1.3MP).
