These photos show a rare condition in our area. There was enough rain to create flash flooding. I thought there had probably been a contribution by snowmelt in the higher elevations but in fact more snow has fallen there instead. It may be an interesting spring depending upon how fast the snow melts. A warm rain at the higher elevations might have catastrophic consequences along the washes and rivers. This album has been completed and no more photos will be added.
