KKOA Leadsled & Model Kemp Spectacular 2007 - IMG_0407.JPG

The Kustom Kemps of America and the KC Slammers joined forces in 2007 to stage one of what is becoming one of the premier events in the model car world. It was held in conjunction with the 27th Annual KKOA Leadsled Spectacular in Salina, Kansas, right smack dab in the heart of the USA. Here are pictures of the event, models, and a lot of full-scale customs for you. We hope they give you a lot of enjoyment.

The KKOA placed the Model Kemp Contest right at "Ground Zero" right smack dab in the center of the activities. Here's a shot taken on Friday. We set up a display of collector's model kits on Friday for all to see and some of the modelers set up shop and did some building for the spectators to watch us do our craft!
