UPS (United Parcel Service) Car Show for The United Way - IMG_0612.JPG

The KC Slammers were asked by the UPS to set up a display table at their annual United Way Fund Raiser Car Show held in Lenexa, Kansas, on Saturday, August 4, 2007. It was hot (about 100 degrees) but we had a nice shade tent provided fo us. It was our pleasure to have been a part of this worthy effort.

The UPS provided us with a nice shelter from the Kansas sunshine and lots of table space to display our models. Jerry, Orbie, Russ, Zimm, Ellis, and Rich showed up to work the event.
