Southern Part of Western Sierra

Here is a sampling of photos from a ten-day trip to the western Sierra Nevada south of Yosemite in September 2006, mostly on back roads, to test out my new RV. The road over Kaiser Pass and into the backcountry was some of the toughest road I've ever driven. Courtright Lake gets my vote as the prettiest of the many lakes visited on this trip.
