My friend, Dail Hobbs, and I rented this small house at 3910 Calvert Street in, as I recall, 1972 and 1973.

Sailing with friends Lyle W. Morgan and Chad Cave at Branched Oak Lake, near Raymond, NE, (I think) in 1977. I then owned the pictured "Venture Cat" sailboat.
