Ive definitely been a lil more care free with my hair in the past few weeks...I havent been Dc'ing weekly, and luckily my hair is still fine...I will get back on track though...

Ive been loving wash and goes as of late...

Im considering doing more PS for 2011, every other month...

PRODUCTS
Shampoo/Cleanse: Elasta QP Creme Conditioning Shampoo, Dr.Bronners Lavender Castile Soap, Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo
Rinse:Apple Cider Vinegar
Deep Conditioner: (cocktail)Lekair Cholesterol Plus,Matrix Conditioning Balm, Silicon Mix,EQP Intense Fortifying Conditioner, AO Honey Suckle Rose Conditioner, Castor Oil, and Honey,Proclaim Argan Oil
Moisturizer/Leave-In:Giovanni Direct Leave in
Conditioners:Lustrasilk Organic Argan Oil Cholesterol, GVP The Detangler
Hair Oils: EVOO,Jamaican Black Castor,Crisco Shortening (to seal) Vatika Oil, Proclaim Argan Oil
Vitamins: Biotin, MSM,Vitamin C
Ayurvedic Treatments: Cassia,Henna- Indigo

Weekly Regimen

PRE WASH
Pre poo w/Vatika Oil the night before or a couple of hours before...
Remove shed hair
Clip hair up in 4 sections

CLEANSE
While hair is still dry, apply shampoo to scalp and massage
While rinsing smooth hair downwards..
Allow hair to get 80% dry

DEEP CONDITIONIN
Apply DC mix to dry hair
Steam for 30mins or leave in overnight
Rinse with cold water

ACV Rinse
2tbspn ACV to 8oz Distlilled water
Spray in, leave in for 3-5 mins
Rinse with cool water (not completely)

MOISTURIZE & SEAL

MID WEEK WASHING (If needed)

OIL RINSING
Cleanse scalp only w/EQP shampoo
Coat 4 sections with warmed up oil and clip up
Rinse hair with warm/hot water(1 section at a time)
Apply conditioner
Rinse, and detangle hair under water stream

Moisturize and Seal

My new toy :-D! The Tangle teezer definately blows all the other tools ive used for detangling. It may not look like it is, but it is very gentle on the hair. I tryed this on my dry hair first and it did not pull out any hair. Its definately a keeper.

    I actually love this too- I am so impressed that those tiny little soft bristles actually detangle my hair
