Oct/Nov 09 the colder months are here- Aiming for APL (armpit length) by Jan/Feb 2010

I decided to start taking Biotin, and I am upping my DC's to once a week.

My Fall/Winter 09 Regimen

Daily:

-Moisturize and seal daily, or when needed with Scurl/Infusium 23/HerbalEssences/Veg. Glycerine/Orange Oil/water mix Mix


-Massage scalp w/ Megatek/JBO/Biotin Mix every other day.


Weekly:
-Pre- Poo ,DC,Co wash and detangle once a week , preferebly sundays ; My pre-poo mix- http://public.fotki.com/lilnicka4u2nv/homemade-prepoo-tre/

Monthly:

I basically pulled the back into a pony tail and made a bun by tucking the ends in. I french rolled the sides downwards
and pinned them up,because my sides are a looser texture, if I were to pull them back they will actually get straight.

Before doing each section I lightly misted them with water applied Garnier Fructis Play Style Putty (Same as Soft Curl Cream), and then applies HB Castor Oil. THis combo helpes to moisturize and take any crunchyness away while giving the hair shine.
