First I prepoo'd with Vatika Oil & Amla Oil and fingerdetangled Cleansed with Dr.Bronners Lavender Castile Soap Mixed 9TBSPS of Cassia powder with about 3TBSPNS of coconut milk,2TBSPNS of Honey, 1 TBSPN of Castor Oil, and warm water until it was the consistency of pudding... Left it on for about 6 hours... It was fairly easy rinse out, took 2 cowashes and a shampoo I immediately felt a difference when rinsing, my hair was heavier and strands were smoother, most importantly my ends. When my hair dried my curls were really defined, and my hair was shiny... Next I left my naked hair to dry, and DC'd w/ steam, I wanted to make sure I got as much moisture as possibe to I continued to DC overnight... the next day, as I rinsed the DC out, my hair felt soooo silky, and shine was much more apparent... I gave myself an AVC rinse to lock in the moisture, then moisturized and sealed...
I am definately feeling cassia more than henna right now, and I think I will do it once a month...
