Alexis stuns Sam with her confession about Kiefer. Sam insists to Alexis that she can't turn herself in because Kristina needs her now more than ever. Alexis goes to see Mac and says there's something she needs to tell him.

Carly is livid when she finds out Morgan has been taken to the court house. She initially blames Dante, who quickly helps her find out what's going on. In court, Sonny seethes when Claire puts Morgan on the witness stand, and Claire loudly protests his "threatening" of her in open court. Dante arrives to put a stop to Claire's questioning of Morgan.

Ethan emerges from his jail cell having been beaten by a cohort of Sonny's. Luke blames Dante and unloads on him all his anger at cops in general. Later, Luke clashes with Lulu over her involvement with Dante.

At the hospital, Ethan encounters Kristina. He sees red when Kristina asks him if he ran over Kiefer, and Maya has to pull him away from berating her.
