Spinelli and Matt work together to confront Ewen, believing he is responsible for Lisa Niles' murder. They soon realize they are wrong -- and that Ewen is going to involuntary commit Kate Howard.

As Olivia and Steve search for Heather, Heather picks up where she left off with Luke -- professing her love. She is not happy to see Anna living with Luke. Later, Heather plays sane with Steve just as Luke reminds Anna that Heather kills.
