Sonny assumes Johnny forced himself onto Kate .. but Connie (as Kate) makes it painfully clear it was consensual. Enraged, Sonny pulls a gun and shoots twice. Meanwhile, Carly arrives and rushes upstairs only to get an eyeful. Sonny didn't shoot anybody, but Carly sees Johnny and Kate in bed together.

Jason confronts Sam about her associations with John McBain. Meanwhile, McBain shows up at Sonny's with a search warrant.

Later, Elizabeth reluctantly reveals to Jason that Sam had been at GH with McBain just as Sam runs into McBain (again).
