At the hospital Lucky sits by Siobhan's bedside. He talks to her, hoping she will wake up. And when she does, they will figure out what they have together. Lulu arrives to lecture Lucky; maybe he should take a break from the drug investigation until Siobhan gets well. Lucky snaps at Lulu. He is not about to go get high! When Lulu tries to reason with Lucky, he kicks her out. Steve arrives to check on Siobhan and worries that the tension between Elizabeth and Siobhan caused Siobhan's condition. Steve advises Lucky to keep talking to his wife; give her something to come back to. Lucky agrees and vows to get revenge on those who injected him as a way to make amends with Siobhan. As he leaves, Siobhan's eyes flutter open.

In Jason's room Patrick updates Sam on Jason's condition. Matt enters to tell them that he thinks Jason's latest seizure was caused by Patrick's "unnecessary" biopsy. Sam grows upset as the brother bicker in front of her. Steve arrives and admonishes the Drake brothers for their unprofessionalism. He drags them to the morgue where they have a quick conference with Robin. Robin also criticizes the brothers and makes them discuss on the best possible procedure for Jason. Matt theorizes that Jason could have come in contact with some worms in the contraband that he helps Sonny smuggle. That could have caused his seizure instead of Patrick's biopsy. Robin thinks Matt has a point as Matt leaves. Later Robin has a mini-meltdown as she worries about Jason. She heads to the lab to look at something and wrinkles her brow. What the hell is this?

Carly finds Shawn asleep on her couch. Shawn wakes up and holds out his gun, clearly on edge. He explains he stayed the night to protect Josslyn from Jax, but Carly believes Jax won't be coming back anytime soon. Shawn disagrees and offers to watch Josslyn so that Carly can visit Jason.

Carly arrives at Jason's hospital room where Sam tells her there isn't any new news on Jason. Sam coldly orders Carly to leave. Why doesn't she Carly go home and hug Josslyn? Later Sam returns to Jason's room with a stack of travel books and curls up in his bed to cry.

Skye waits with Edward in the hospital lobby for news about Jason. Tracy arrives and leads Edward away to see Monica when Edward begins to have chest pains. Alone Skye calls Anthony; they need to meet ASAP! Later Skye meets with Anthony. She assures him that she will get him the information he needs on Tracy and ELQ as long as she gets paid. But if Anthony goes after Edward, all bets are off. Later Tracy finds Skye at ELQ where Skye asks her about Gino Saleito.

Dante visits Sonny in jail, who begs to be released. He admits to hitting Dante, who reminds him that Sonny did it to avoid arrest. Dante reveals that Jax's plane went down in the harbor. Sonny better pray that Jax is found alive or Sonny's assault charges will turn into murder charges. After Dante leaves, Sonny dreams of a badly bruised Jax taunting him. Jax announces that Brenda was on the plane with him -- and Sonny killed her! Is Sonny happy now? She died hating him!

Carly seeks Robin out to thank her for taking care of Jason, but Robin blames Carly for Jason's accident. She informs her that Sonny came into her living room ready to shoot Jax last night. Shocked Carly has barely time to react when Shawn calls her.

Dante stops by Carly's house to tell Shawn that Jax's plane went down. Shawn calls Carly; she better go to the police station ASAP! Later Carly arrives as Dante reluctantly releases Sonny. Apparently Diane was able to get bail for Sonny. Carly listens with horror as Dante tells Sonny that thanks to him, Josslyn may no longer have a father. Furious Carly approaches and slaps Sonny!
