Happy Halloween Everyone!!


Ethan lights a jack-o-lantern as he rehangs Laura's portrait at Wyndemere. Even though the place is deserted, a cold wind blows out the candle, startling Ethan. Ethan relights the pumpkin and tells Laura's portrait the origins of the jack-o-lantern. It's a creepy tale, but not as creepy as Ethan sitting in the dark talking to himself. He says that he brought his jack-o-lantern along to ward off evil spirits and grabs a poker to explore the secret tunnels. He finds nothing and gets ready to leave when he sees a light coming from the tunnels. Ethan grabs the fireplace poker and heads inside.

At the hospital Lulu tries to tell Dante about her fears of marriage, but Epiphany interrupts. He can go home today! Dante beams, happily heads into his room to pack.

At the nurses' station Matt is tweaked when Steve says they don't need to worry about Lisa. Steve holds up the newspaper where he reads that the last person to see Lisa was Robin. He touches his temple as Matt says that no one knows what happened to Lisa after Robin blacked out. Matt tries to sneak some candy, but get chastised by Epiphany. As a clown doctor enters, Epiphany says that Lisa would be a fool to come into the hospital now.

At Crimson Maxie calls to see if any birthday packages have arrived for her. Sonny arrives and waltzes into Kate's office. Sonny asks her to have dinner with him at his house tonight. And he will not take no for an answer! Kate giggles; she already has plans to attend a costume party with some business associates. Sonny asks Kate to stop by for drinks as Kate wishes him a happy Halloween.

Spinelli arrive toting a basketball and wishes Maxie a happy birthday and would like to take her out for sushi. Maxie graciously declines, saying she has plans with Matt. Sort of. He hasn't asked her yet. Dejected Spinelli leaves as Mac arrives to wish his daughter a happy birthday. He invites her to dinner, but Maxie wants to spend her birthday with Matt. Kate emerges from her office and surprises Maxie by letting her leave early and giving her a Birkin bag for her birthday.

Sonny heads to the hospital to ask Dante to come to Kristina's good-bye party. Lulu isn't sure if Dante should attend, but Sonny says Kristina would love to see her other big brother. Lulu follows Sonny out and chides him for pressuring Dante into coming to dinner. Sonny replies that he hasn't talked to Dante about Lulu's doubts about marriage, which is his way of telling her to back off. Lulu returns inside where Dante pledges his love to her again. He tells her that she is his family and the most important person in his life. Maxie arrives, reminding Lulu that today is her birthday, but Lulu totally forgot. She compensates with a really lame hug. Later Lulu melts when Dante tells her how much faith he has in them. Kristina arrives to see if Dante is coming to her party and voices her suspicions that Sonny had something to do with her acceptance to Yale. Dante scoffs; not even Sonny has that much power (he has no idea). After Kristina leaves, Dante asks Lulu again what is bothering her. Lulu chickens out and says his place is a mess. Dante gets an idea; how about they announce their engagement tonight at Kristina's party?

Robin is sleeping on the couch when a person wearing a pumpkin mask approaches. Pumpkin Head holds a syringe and wakes Robin up. Robin assumes it's Patrick, but panics when he doesn't respond. She urges the person to remove their mask and screams when she sees that is Lisa! Luckily Robin wakes up for real. Patrick rushes in and urges her to take it easy. Lisa is not coming back! Later Patrick suggests they take a short vacation, but Robin nixes the idea. Patrick reiterates that they are safe from Lisa's reign of terror as Emma enters dressed as a princess. Patrick takes Emma to the car as Robin grabs Emma's pumpkin loot bag, causing Robin to remember her nightmare.

Alexis arrives at Sonny's house where she frets again that Kristina could find out that Sonny arranged for her to move off the Yale waitlist and get into the school. Kate arrives, dressed like Madonna in the 80's. Apparently she and Sonny first kissed at a Halloween party and this was her outfit. She gives Sonny a silver glove (a la Michael Jackson) and stands to leave. Later she looks at a photo of herself in the same outfit from when she was a teenager while Sonny broods on his terrace.

Patrick heads to the hospital where he interrupts Mac talking to Matt and Steve about Lisa as the doctor clown listens. Patrick thinks Lisa is dead, but Mac wonders if she is still alive and hiding somewhere. Robin arrives with Emma and gets scared when the doctor clown gets too close to them. Maxie approaches and Robin gives her a bracelet for her birthday. Meanwhile Matt reveals to Patrick that he intends to surprise Maxie with a romantic dinner as Maxie gets a text from an unknown person asking her to meet them at the Metro Court. She squeals, assuming it's Matt. Unbeknownst to Maxie, Matt hears Elizabeth's monitor alarms go off and rushes into her room. As Maxie arrives at the Metro Court to find a romantic table setting, a man wearing a tiger mask comes up behind her.

Robin returns home with Emma to sort their trick-or-treat loot. She is disturbed when she finds a pumpkin PEZ dispenser as a shadow moves past their window. The doorbell rings and Robin answers it to the pumpkin head from her nightmare!
