In Hawaii Sam and Jason continue to enjoy their honeymoon while Franco watches them via bug cam. Jason is too busy napping and wooing his wife to notice the very obvious camera bug on the bookshelf. Later Sam shows Jason a book about shells; one of them represents fertility. She asks Jason point blank if he wants a kid, but when Jason dances around the answer, Sam apologizes for putting him on the spot. She realizes that whatever will be, will be. In the meantime, she thinks they should enjoy trying to have one.

Back in Port Charles Shawn urges Carly to seek protection from Sonny while he goes to do recon in Hawaii. Basically Shawn's big plan is to spy on Jason and Sam, make sure they are safe and return home. Carly shakes her head; she wants nothing to do with Sonny! Besides, she is super worried about Jason and wants to go with Shawn to Hawaii to make sure he is okay. And this supposedly has nothing to do with Carly's jealousy over Jason spending time with someone who isn't her. So what does she do? She shows up at the airport -- with Josslyn -- much to Shawn's dismay.

Sonny and Kate arrive at the coffee warehouse to talk some sense into Michael when they discover him moving the bags of planted drugs out of the panic room. Sonny attempts to talk Michael out of getting involved when Kate reports that the cops are here. Sonny, who has drug dust all over him, hides in the panic room as Kate prevents Ronnie from searching the premises. She insists that she has a photo shoot at the warehouse tonight as models, photographers and wardrobe people enter. Ronnie reluctantly leaves as Michael watches, impressed. Later Kate returns to the panic room where she sees Sonny is having an attack of claustrophobia. Once Sonny is calm, Michael tells him how Kate scared the cops away, adding that he owes her.

At Kelly's Anthony tells Johnny that it's pretty clear he didn't think his plan to plant drugs in Sonny's warehouse all the way through. He hopes this will be a lesson for Johnny. Ronnie arrives and mentions to Johnny that Dante is recovering, but will want to find his shooter as soon as he is released from the hospital. Naturally this makes Johnny very nervous.

At the hospital Patrick is promising Robin the best birthday ever when he sees Lisa. Patrick races over to her, but when he spins her around, he sees that it's not her. Sorry! Matt sees Patrick and urges him to let Lisa go. She's gone, bro. Patrick is glad to see Matt; he tries to give him a patient for his trials, but it ends up in a shouting match. Robin separates the boys and listens as Matt vents that he feels underappreciated by his family. Meanwhile Patrick heads to Lisa's clinic to make sure she is still in a coma. She is, but however, Patrick fails to notice her hands gripping the sheets as he declares how he never wants to see her again. Patrick returns to the hospital where Robin tells him how sorry she is that they didn't know Matt was writing a medical paper. They should show their support more. Patrick agrees, but right now he wants to focus on Robin's birthday celebration.

Anthony arrives at the clinic where he is pleased to see Lisa is awake. Lisa, however, is not happy to see him. Anthony urges Lisa to rest; they have a lot to talk about. As he leaves, Lisa begins to violently shred her sheets. Uh-oh!
