- My first year as a full blown nappie!
From June 21st and so forth.
I didnt have access to my digital cam for a while so I dont have many pics to document my growth. I'll admit, I've been lazy with my hair care. I don't sleep with my hair covered, I don't do protective styles and I havent trimmed my hair since the big chop. February I'll do things RIGHT. - albums: 3

- My second year napptural. I won't lie. I slacked off BIG TIME on caring for my hair and experienced a ton of breakage. In May I just trimmed my ends for the first time since the BC in June 2005. My nappiversary is June 21st 2007 so I will be renewing my nappy vows. I plan to deep condition more often and get reacquainted with shea butter.

- Thirds the Charm! I finally got a hang on this natural thang and I love it. I haven't trimmed my hair in forever so I need to do that as soon as I stop being a punk ;x

- June 25th 2009 marks 4 full years of nappturality. I'll be cutting my hair a week or so before the nappiversary to commemorate the occassion and I cannot wait. This is my commencent of sorts; moving on to another phase of love and nappiness ^-^

My Loc Journey -
I've been natural for 5 years and I've done everything with my loose hair that I felt like doing. Locing is just the next step in my natural hair journey.
UPDATE: Totally random but on 11/22/11 I decided that I would cut my locs BC again for 2012! I dunno what it is - maybe its a few of my friends going ahead and BC'ing for the first time and the fact that I kinda miss my loose napps but I wanna be a "new" nappy again. lol.
