A day in B&W

ATTENTION: please, see the pictures into slide show!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
In our weekly shoting session, me and my friend Nico, went at Castello Sforzesco. For me hasn't been a good day (I've taken bad pictures) so I've tried to make some experiment with B&W.

    Rounded shadows
I live in a very rural area and there is no DSL or other high speed net connection. Dialup is it. Because such a very high percent of websites include Macromedia files that begin automatically, I have refused to install the program. Stuff moves slowly enough without all the cheap shots stealing my bandwidth and resources to push their junk. Consequently, I just lose out on seeing some things I would like to. Presently, I am looking into having a satellite connection installed. That said:

It appears by the order of your images that you have them move (maybe fade) from B&W to color. I have a slide show program on one of my pcs that allows that transition and it is indeed great and even on some pics, stunning, :-)

This is the only album of yours I've seen so far and I see some excellent composition. Headed now to see your other pics.

It is interesting that in this pic you caught shadows quite close to half circles/disks. and the pillar shadows have virtually no flare. Nice.

You may be interested in seeing this architectural image of mine. It is titled: The Three Arches.
