Moebius Models International ProStar+ in 1/25th scale. This is a pre-production test shot.
Started December 2012.

The ProStar+ is building nicely. The parts are nicely molded. The chrome is clean and crisp. I added the lower skirt flap and door windows.

I applied ModelTruckin.com JB Hunt logos and painted the bumper gray for a fleet look. 4/26/13

The Moebius LoneStar - built from a test shot for a Trucker's Corner column. If you haven't bought this kit, you should. The first new truck from any kit maker in years.

I built this box-stock for Round2's trade show displays.

AMT-Ertl 4300 kit built as a single axle using the air ride suspension from an old built-up.

Ertl Transtar CO4070. This was a built-up from Denny Henderson. I rebuilt/repainted and shortened the frame.

Ertl Transtar II kit with Hendricks resin daycab from Spaulding Trading and Shipping. I built this in 2000.

Indianhead Tank Lines were a common site around southern Wisconsin in the 70s. I used a David Faust photo of the COE and other internet photos of the Emeryville to help my memories while building the Indianheads. The Emeryville was built with a resin cab from Griffen Designs from my original piece.

In the early 70's the 7up distributor in Madison Wisconsin had a Transtar daycab. I remember seeing the truck at a neighbors house as he painted the arrow stripes on the bumper. I built a model of it in 1974 and again in 2001 or 2.

Built using an Ertl Paystar cab, scratchbuilt "hood", grille.

Based on the old TimeDC fleet, I backdated an Ertl CO4070 into a CO4000. Both truck and trailer were ebay built-ups with plenty of glue smears and such when I obtained them.
