Payne and Dolan out of Wisconsin had an old Mack F700 in use the 80's and 90's in Upper Michigan. It had been years since I last saw it.
My first version of the build was new and clean, then I reworked it as a weathered and well-worn truck. It won the "Rust Bucket" award at the UPSM contest in Marquette in 2003(?)
