Frame Work

A couple of step-frames - a 365SBFA and a 367HH - both 6x6 with Kit Form Services front axles, both with resin hoods from P&P and AITM. The blue 365 is based on one I spotted at the factory and the white tractor is inspired by a unit from Georgia Power Co. 11/20/11 Almost finished - both need some tweaking and small items, but for now, the last builds of '11. 12/31/11

Tim, Very Impressive builds!  Thanks for posting details and photo's, the information contained in them is invaluable to a buildier such as myself.  Both the trucks look at home in the snowy conditions with their 6 wheel drive.  I am starting to collect my parts together for a couple of 367's.  One will be a 6 x 6 and the other a HH tri-drive.  Thanks Again. Dave Bates

Tim, Many Thanks for posting details of this superb project.  I only noticed it a couple of days ago and was facinated by the spec of the trucks in particular the stepped frame.  I really liked the look of the 367, so much so that I have ordered some parts from Eric (Porky) to build my own version of the 367.  I'm thinking of a HH tractor wth winch and cage and keep with the Hill and Hill theme.  This will be the first modern truck I have built and I'm looking forward to starting it in the new year.  I will keep an eye on your updates for ideas and technical details. Best Regards Dave Bates
