Peterbilt introduced the model 382 in 2010 for medium duty use - the 382 uses the 335/348 hood but is slightly longer in BBC and sits higher off the frame. Most all of the "big Pete" options are available on the 382 which is aimed at the pick up and delivery, short-haul, regional haul market.

My rendition of the 382 is based on their tandem drive show truck as seen at MATS in 2010.
I used an Italeri Peterbilt 377 kit as the base, a resin hood from AITM and plenty of re-engineering of the cab and fairings. 2/20/12 FInished 3/10/12. #7 for 2012.
